Square Inc 'Farm Site' Zine Illustrations
While COVID-19 and prolonged shelter in place regulations have had a major impact on businesses, the farming community has been hit particularly hard. To encourage new opportunities to connect farmers with customers, Square launched “virtual farmers markets,” designed to offer customers an online shopping experience while supporting their local farmers.
As Square continues to grow the program, they’re now exploring ways to provide them with educational resources to drive traffic and sales to their newly developed landing pages. Square taps Sophia Chang to create illustrations to accompany their seasonal farmer-targetted zine.
