NBA All-Star Weekend x Adidas | Sneaker Illustration + Live Customization
For NBA All-Star Weekend 2020 in Chicago, Adidas commissioned Sophia Chang to create original illustrations for a live sneaker customization experience at Foot Locker. Sophia customized Adidas Superstars live on-site, while her designs were also available at three additional Chicago locations where fans could have the artwork laser-etched onto their sneakers.
The activation brought together basketball, sneaker culture, illustration, and experiential design during one of the NBA’s biggest cultural weekends.
